Spring Clean

Spring is in the air and this means spring cleaning time for most of us. I use this time to reflect on what I really need and what has gathered dust because it has not been used for a year. For the kids, because of the change of season I also need to check what clothing does not fit anymore etc. This I normally pass on to The Grace Factory, they do amazing work and I try to get the kids involved in letting them know where it goes.

Spring time is a perfect time to get rid of the old, I’ve had a need in me to get rid of junk (unused items) filling up and cluttering my space. I started a bit earlier this year but the big clean will happen within the next two weeks.

Here is a handy checklist to spring clean a kids room. Ruth from Living Well Spending Less has a helpful 31 day clutter free challenge and some awesome money saving tips, have a look here.

Happy Spring Day!!
