All items on this website is hand made and printed by a very small team, therefore no item is mass produced and so much love, time and care is put into your order.
SHIPPING
WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA
- Orders are typically processed within 3-5 working days, but can take a day or two longer due to load shedding and Covid restrictions. Public Holidays, sales and store closures might impact delivery times.
- Young Living orders can take 5-7 working days on average.
- Allow up to 2-3 days for orders delivered in South Africa to reach you.
- All orders are shipped via Road Freight or Post Office as per your selection
- Little Interiors does not insure your goods for loss or damage while being shipped to you. If a product arrives damaged, or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the courier. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. We will however provide you with all the necessary information to make your claim.
- Please enter your shipping address correctly as once your order is dispatched no changes will be made.
- Once shipped a tracking number will be sent via our automated messaging to the email address you provide which will enable you to track the progress of your parcel. Deliveries take place during weekdays and office hours.
OUTSIDE SOUTH AFRICA BORDERS
- WE DO NOT CURRENTLY SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE SA BORDER. PLEASE ENSURE YOU CAN BOOK YOUR OWN COURIER SERVICE LIKE ARAMEX GLOBAL TO SHIP YOUR PARCEL OUT OF THE COUNTRY.
- Orders are typically processed within 5-7 working days. Public Holidays and Store closures might impact delivery times.
- Allow between 10-30 days for orders delivered depending on the country of residence.
- All orders are shipped South African Post Office as per your selection.
- We do recommend that you use a service like Aramex Global Shopper for fast deliveries.
- Little Interiors does not insure your goods for loss or damage while being shipped to you. RETURNS & EXCHANGES –
PLEASE CAREFULLY CHECK YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY ON ARRIVAL. Should a parcel arrive damaged by our courier, do not sign for the goods or accept them. THIS IS ESPECIALLY APPLICABLE TO PLAY GYMS AND PLAY FRAME ORDERS, we do our best to package it so that no damage occurs. The courier will return the goods to LITTLE INTERIORS for replacement by return freight. Please inform us that you have done this with an email to info@homewithmariette.com. Once a delivery is signed for Little Interiors will not be held liable for any damages to items.
Any returns or exchanges that are not due to faulty goods or incorrect supply will be for the customers own cost. Any faulty goods needs to be reported with you order number and a digital photo sent to info@homewithmariette.com within 2 days of receipt.
