I could not wait to share this confetti & pastels room designed for a very special girl. My brief from the very adamant 6 year old was that she wanted a room with pink, purple, gold and glitter with unicorns and confetti – a brief I’m sure that most 6 year-old girls would give and that most mothers dread, so I did an interpretation on this look in a bit more sophisticated yet age appropriate look. Demetri’s Toddler Room
This toddler room for Demetri encapsulates everything about being a boy. Little Demetri is almost 3 and loves trains, rockets, robots and planes. I did not want to bind the room with only one theme, I would like to have the option to tweak the room as he grows up, to match his personality and likes. I wanted a real boyish room since he was still in his nursery so I had a custom cross stitch piece made for him, inspired by the nursery rhyme “What are little boys made of?”.
