Kid friendly pyjama lounge room reveal
Most newly built houses come standard with a pyjama lounge and what a better way to create a space for kids especially if you do not have a designated play room. Blank canvas to create a space for tv time, crafts and lounging around. I added some storage space that doubles as seating with two oversized bean bags that can easily be moved around and can also comfortable seat adults. Dreamy girl’s bedroom reveal
This bedroom makeover has been such a special project and a project I really enjoyed every second of. I was asked to create a space that my little client would love to spend time in and have sleep overs with her friends. Above is her bedroom before we started the transformation. We wanted to soften up the room without loosing the contemporary feel of the rest of the house’s decor by using soft colours, beautiful textures and functional furniture and storage solutions. Let’s Flamingle! I’m a little flamingo obsessed this week. It is my daughter’s 7th birthday next week and I’m all flamingo and glittered up and in full party prep mode. While looking for some party decor I kept on being distracted by the gorgeous room decor that jumped up onto my screen. So I thought I will share some inspiration with you. The Collaborative – Rock ‘n Roll Room
Black and white has been the dominant colour scheme in a lot of rooms lately. The Rock ‘n Roll theme is the ambassador for the black and white themed room. We added pops of red and blue to this with some accessories and loads of texture. This theme can be used in an older child’s room as well as a younger child. This is a fun theme to play with. We brought some fun family portraits in with the Family doodles, minimalistic portraits done through La Fede. Lullaby Rock is of course at the front end of cool design with their rock gear.
