Crochet/Doily Rug
I have always felt that we have a limited selection of rugs in SA. I needed something a bit more girly, NOT SHAGGY and easy to clean for a toddler room.
I have been drooling over crochet doily rugs.
I had some spare t-shirt yarn and I started with my own crochet rug, take note that I have never even held a crochet needle in my life so this was all new. I did a lot of reading and watched a lot of tutorial just to get the stitches correct, but I’m not doing to bad. I chose t-shirt yarn because I wanted a bulkier look.
Here is my attempt so far. I still have a bit of work to do, and not so much time but I will post the finished rug (hopefully) soon.
